Stockholder Consulting Services has been in business for over 20 years. We developed a transfer agent survey, which was the first of its kind in the industry. We also started a proxy solicitor survey, which has been growing in popularity in recent years. These surveys help transfer agents and proxy solicitors to benchmark and improve their performance, and they assist clients in assessing their firm's performance.

We also publish The Transfer Agent Directory, which covers all of the transfer agents registered with the SEC and provides detailed information about the agents that they report in their TA-2 forms to the SEC, as well as information that they provide directly to us.

For several years, Amy Pitou has been responsible for conducting all of SCS business. She is a graduate of Wagner College. She had a previous career as an insurance claims specialist and underwriter. She is now President & CEO of SCS and she owns the business.

Mr. Robert Vondrasek is a senior consultant with SCS. As a Senior Vice President, he headed Harris Bank stockholder services, among several other senior executive positions in the stock transfer industry. He provides consulting services to transfer agents and their clients, and he developed a detailed, comprehensive  "RFP" (Request For Proposal) with Amy in 2008. 

Mr. Gerard O'Leary is also a senior consultant on our staff. He is an expert in compliance issues, and has consulted with clients who need to improve their operations to meet the SEC's rules and requirements.
