In January, 2010, we published the annual Transfer Agent Directory. This lists all the transfer agents that are registered with the SEC, and provides detailed information about their agencies.

In 2010, we will conduct both the transfer agent and the proxy solicitor surveys. The transfer agent survey is held every year, and the proxy solicitor survey is held every two years. We plan to publish the results of both surveys in the fall of 2010.

In November of 2009, we published The 2009 Transfer Agent Comparison Report. This is a comprehensive report wherein all the major North American transfer agents are evaluated by their clients. We heard from over 1,800 companies this year. You can view the overall results, if you click on the "Survey Results" tab to the left.

In 2008 we conducted the Proxy Solicitor Comparison Survey. The proxy solicitation firm that received the highest score for overall client satisfaction, and won was The Altman Group.
