The 2009 Transfer Agent Comparison Report 107 pages
We surveyed over 1,800 companies in 2009. They were asked to evaluate their transfer agents in all areas of stock transfer, in the form of 43 tabular questions. All the major North American transfer agents were covered. Results were tallied, and each agent was rated on the basis of feedback we received directly from their clients. The report provides 6 years of historical data for every question, and it covers trends in the industry. Additional questions, such as "would you recommend your transfer agent" are included, as is a loyalty index. (ie. Do you plan to renew with your transfer agent?) This publication is an excellent tool to assist companies in selecting a transfer agent, and it helps transfer agents to gauge their performance.

The 2008 Proxy Solicitor Comparison Report 39 pages
This report covers all the major proxy solicitation firms in all areas of proxy solicitation. 47 specific questions are asked, and results are tallied for each proxy solicitor that receives 10 or more responses. The survey and report are similar to the transfer agent survey, but the proxy solicitor survey is conducted every other year. Interest and participation have been steadily increasing since 2002. The next survey will be conducted in 2010.

The 2009 Transfer Agent Directory This directory covers all the transfer agents that are registered with the SEC, and provides data about these agents that they give to the SEC in their TA-2 forms, in addition to information that they provide directly to us. In 2009, the directory covered over 600 transfer agents.
