We have conducated the annual transfer agent comparison survey for over 15 years. Its methodology is based on a model we developed jointly with Rutgers University Graduate School of Management in 1995. In 2009, over 1,800 companies evaluated their satisfaction with their transfer agents by e-mail. The following are the ratings that transfer agents were given by their clients for "Overall Satisfaction".

The scoring key is as follows: 5=very satisfied, 4=satisfied, 3=neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 2=somewhat dissatisfied and 1=very dissatisfied.
